Our New Year edition is camp only version, no accomodation will be provided.
This figure skating camp will be held in Canillo (Andorra),
in Palau de GEL :
- Friday morning 3rd January 2025
until:
- Monday 6th January 2025 in afternoon
What is include during this camp:
- serious and intensive program supervised by PERFORM'LIVE and ICEPLANET
- Work on technic
- Video analysis on programs (for each skater)
- Rotator
- Harness
- Mental preparation
- Specific programs preparation
For each skater,
total package of 18 sessions, including ice sessions and daily off ice sessions ( conditionning or spinner ROTATOR to train visual,vestibular and proprioception/Somatosensory systems or Video analysis off ice )
